Abstract

In continuing with the researches of Laboratoire de recherche Innovation-Formation-Éducation (LIFE), in this contribution, we are interested as trainers, practitioners and researchers who design and work in clinical vocational training systems (teachers in initial and continuing education, in primary or secondary education, school principals), which the distance learning context, as experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic (spring semester 2020), revealed as necessary conditions for such training. This also raises questions beyond this emergency situation, in distance or hybrid education, how to create the necessary conditions for training in a clinical approach.
