Abstract

The pandemic regime imposed a last-minute pedagogical redesign for many teachers, particularly within the Polytech engineering school network. Distance and hybrid courses had to be offered in constrained times and sometimes without real knowledge of how they work by the teachers. It is in this context that various actions have been initiated, thanks to the strength of the 2021 – International Journal of Technologies in Higher Education, 18(1) ijthe.org 63 network of 15 Polytech schools and the coordination proposed by the Polytech Partnership Foundation. The action training developed in a peer-learning logic will perhaps make it possible to consolidate the “learning” dimension of the network.
